A homemade mild coconut curry sauce with herbs and tropical flavours to bring a little sunshine any meat, fish or vegetable dish.

You can use this sauce as the base of your own caribbean curry or as a standalone cooking sauce.


Plant based - Barbados Sauce Ingredients:

Coconut (30%), Garlic, Ginger, Chilli, Thyme, Cloves, Parsley, Lemon, Onions, Scallions, Vegetable stock  (Water, Carrot, Celery, Onion, Leek, Garlic, Pepper, Bay leaf) Vegetable Bouillon paste (Salt, Vegetable oil (Palm, Sunfower), Potato Starch, Sugar, Maltodexterin, Yeast Extract, Flavourings (contains Celery), Carrots (2.4%), Onion Powder(2%) Spices (Celery Seeds, Tumeric, Pepper)(Sulphites), Parsely, Salt, Sun­ower oil, Gram Flour (Chandall, Yellow Peas),Sunflower oil, Tomato, Pepper, Curry paste (Rapeseed oil, Ground spices (Coriander, Paprika, Turmeric, Cumin, Fenugreek, Black pepper, Ginger, Chilli), Water, Salt, Maize Flour, Tamarind, Acids (Acetic acid, Citric acid, Lactic acid), Mustard powder, Garlic powder)
